I followed you
Until I was no more I–
I was you.
I was lost in you.
You see?
The love
Has changed me
Until the beastly lobotomy;
The vague fear,
The dreary operation.
No more have I thoughts
Of you and me.
Somnambulist now.
No more am I a man
Of thought or love;
Emotionless,
Spiritless.
A deadpan;
Only a soma.
